\n\nThe Food with Friends project will start in Gravesend on Monday 13th September. The six week course will help adults with learning difficulties host their very own ‘come dine with me’. St Aidans, Community Centre – The Powerhouse will be the venue and friends will meet every Monday from 6pm – 7.30pm.\n\nThe project jointly run by ECM Workbank and North West Kent Independent Advocacy has been supported by Kent County Council and hopes to enhance social skill, have good fun and learn all about how to hold an event.\n\nEach week the group will master the skills needed to hold a dinner party, look at menu choices, sending out invitations, understand place settings and work together at the end of each session to clear up.\n\nIf you would like to come along you will need to contact us first on 01622 754252.
